Wates only bidder for £80m Cardiff estate rebuild

Cardiff City Council has picked Wates Construction as its development partner for a major council housing estate rebuild in Grangetown in Cardiff.
The council picked the firm for the £80m rebuild scheme despite it being the only firm to tender for the redevelopment of the Channel View estate.
