Wates gets go-ahead for 235 homes at Cardiff school site

Wates has gained the planning green light to build Cardiff’s first wellbeing village of over 230 homes in the east of the city.
The 27-acre development brings together health and housing to provide new facilities and homes for local people on the site of the former Michaelston Community College in Ely.
