Vistry unseats Barratt as Britain’s biggest house builder

Vistry is on track to deliver more than 18,000 homes this year, surpassing rival Barratt’s 14,000 total to become Britain’s biggest house builder.
The firm is also forecasting that it will build 1 in 6 of the UK’s new affordable homes this year.
