Vistry secures 600-home Sunderland scheme

Vistry has picked up the next major phase of Sunderland’s flagship Riverside regeneration with a 600-home neighbourhood at Sheepfolds.
The site is located on the north side of the river next to the Stadium of Light and St Peter’s Metro Station.
