Vistry and Kier team up again for Wokingham homes plan

Vistry and Kier Property have teamed up for the third time to drive forward a 343-home scheme in South Wokingham, kicking off the first phase of a strategic development site earmarked for 1,400 homes.
The Holme Meadows scheme, located within Wokingham Borough Council’s South Wokingham Strategic Development Location, will deliver a mix of 65% private sale and 35% affordable homes on a fully serviced parcel of land.
