United Utilities names water and waster water design consultants

United Utilities has named the consultant it will use as it prepares for the largest investment in water and wastewater infrastructure in the North West for a century.  
As it awaits approval of its proposals from its regulator, the North West’s Water company has chosen 13 more partners across its network modelling and specialist design and development frameworks.
