Two major London city office refurbs approved

City of London planners have given the green light to two major office refurbs jobs as efforts to upgrade work in the Square Mile continues to ramp up.
The largest of the two planned office overhauls is at St Magnus House on the Thames north riverside path in front of the Walkie Talkie building.
Developer Pegasi’s plan for the Lower Thames Street building includes creating more green terraces as well as improving the building’s energy performance and public realm.Sisk, 8Build and Mac
