Tribe lodges twin Greenwich student tower scheme

Developer Tribe has lodged plans for a pair of high-rise towers on the Greenwich Peninsula delivering student accommodation, co-living homes and affordable housing beside the Silvertown Tunnel.
The application proposes a 27-storey block with 673 purpose-built student bedrooms alongside a 23-storey tower providing 380 co-living homes. A further 80 affordable homes are also included within the wider development.
