Tilia Homes to start work on brownfield site in Northampton

Tilia Homes will start main construction work shortly after securing a 30-acre brownfield site off Ransome Road in Northampton in partnership with Homes England.
Tilia – which is part of the untypical home building group and was previously known as Kier Living – has full planning approval for 217 new homes on the former landfill site, which was once home to the derelict Northampton–Peterborough railway.
The land has undergone extensive remediation and infrastructure preparation
