Tide gets green light for UK’s tallest modular tower

Modular developer and contractor Tide Construction has got the planning thumbs up to build a 48-storey student accommodation tower at Canary Wharf in London.
It will rank as the UK’s tallest modular tower rising to 159m tall, surpassing the firm’s twin-tower George Street development in Croydon, a 43- and 38-floor project that scales 135m.
