Structure Tone lands £22m Sicilian Avenue refurb

Structure Tone London has been appointed by client CCP 5 to deliver a £22m redevelopment of 21 Southampton Row and Vernon & Sicilian House at the iconic Sicilian Avenue in central London.
Work at the new Bloomsbury Quarter will involve some structural alterations followed by a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment of two Grade II listed buildings that will deliver high-quality offices.
Practical completion is due in Q2 2025 and the scheme will deliver a total of 52,000 sq ft of prime offic
