Sovereign starts hunt for £750m framework builders

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) housing association is looking for contractors to join a new-build framework worth up to £750m over the next four years.
Work will be divided into three build contract bands between £15m and £45m+ with a separate construction management deal also available.
