Small house builders get £150m funding for green homes

Homes England has joined forced with lender Octopus Real Estate to create the Greener Homes Alliance 2 fund for small and medium-sized house builders.
The £150m pot will provide SME house builders with further loan finance for high-quality, energy efficient homes to be built across England.
