Six contractors wanted for £1.1bn Be First framework

Urban regeneration specialist Be First is seeking six firms for a £1.1bn contractor framework delivering up to 3,500 new homes over the next four years.
Be First is wholly owned by Barking and Dagenham Council and has identified 400ha of development land across the borough.
