SEGRO to start £300m futuristic food production hub

SEGRO has been named as the development partner for a plannned £300m food production and manufacturing facility near Derby.
The 1.8m sq ft high-tech food manufacturing campus is to be built on the 155-acre former Celanese site near Spondon, Derby for client SmartParc.
