Scaffold tower collapse caught on car dashcam

A passing driver’s dashcam caught the dramatic moment when a scaffolding tower collapsed onto a road in Buckingham last week.
Two men working from the tower were catapulted into the road but appear to have escaped unscathed.
The footage shows the men had added a ladder to the scaffold tower in a bid to reach the roof level of the property.
