Renew swoops for nuclear welding and fabrication specialist

Engineering services contractor Renew has bought welding and fabrication specialist TIS Cumbria for £4.7m.
Workington-based TIS is a leading nuclear manufacturing and fabrication specialist employing around 30 staff.
