Renaker strikes S106 deal for next five Manchester towers

Manchester skyscraper developer Renaker has finally agreed a Section 106 deal with Manchester City Council to unlock its next £1bn generation of towers at Great Jackson Street.
The agreement sets out a staged affordable housing contribution worth up to £114m and comes more than two years after councillors backed the five-tower development.
