Renaker gets go ahead for third Salford Greengate tower

Skyscraper builder Renaker has gained planning for the final tower of three in its Greengate scheme in Salford.
Designed by architect Denton Corker Marshall, the 41-storey tower to be called Parkside will provide 518 flats.
Four-storey podium will be a buff-coloured brickwork envelope with bronze-coloured aluminium panelling highlighting the higher floors
It joins two other projects in the Colliers Yard planned trio, known as Cortland and Bankside.
