Redrow plans 1,400 home garden village in Rochdale

Redrow has submitted a planning application for up to 1,380 homes as part of a proposed new neighbourhood in Rochdale.
The scheme would transform 90 hectares of land near Middleton into homes, community facilities, green spaces and tree-lined streets.
