Rainsford Contracts acquires M&E specialist

Rainsford Contracts Limited and investment partner Tnui Capital have acquired an 80% controlling stake in Bristol-based M&E specialist Avon Combined Electrical Services (ACES).
Design and build specialist Rainsford will be working in partnership with ACES to broaden its overall range of services with a combined estimated annual turnover of £45m.
