Race to start for £25m Cardiff twin tower reclad jon

Cardiff City Council is set to approve plans for a £25m post-Grenfell recladding job on two tower blocks in Butetown.
These two blocks – Nelson House and Loudoun House – will mark the start of phase two of the council’s recladding and improvement works programme.
It aims to appoint a contractor through a mini competition using the SEWSCAP3 Framework.
Contractor ISG has been carrying out fire safety and improvement works to three blocks at Lydstep Flats in the first phase
