Race starts for £1.5bn North West Construction Hub deal

North West Construction Hub has fired the starting gun on the bid race for places on its next-generation framework for high-value projects.
Balfour Beatty, Graham, Kier, Vinci and Wates will be among the firms fighting to retain their places on the highest value lot covering projects worth more than £25m.
