Race starts for £1.5bn LHC building framework

The race is on for places on LHC Procurement Group’s latest £1.5bn Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure Framework (PB4).
The fourth-generation deal will cover new-build, refurbishment, and civil infrastructure projects across the UK — with an extra lot for hard facilities management services added for the first time.
