Race for places on £2bn housing decarbonising deal

A south west housing association procurement body is on the hunt for firms to deliver a £2bn programme of housing energy saving retrofits.
Advantages South West, which is a central buying body for 16 housing associations across the region, is setting up a dynamic purchasing systems deal to delivery energy efficiency and decarbonisation retrofit works for 10 years.
