Prosper picks 34 firms for £1bn retrofit bonanza

Social housing procurement specialist Prosper has picked 34 firms for its next-generation £1bn nationwide energy efficiency retrofit framework.
The four-year deal covers decarbonisation and investment works to domestic and public buildings across 10 English and Welsh regions, with up to 10 firms appointed per lot.Firms will deliver PAS 2035-compliant energy efficiency upgrades including heat pumps, insulation, solar PV, windows, boilers, kitchens, bathrooms, and wider refurbishment works.
