Plans in for nearly 900 homes at Manchester Mayfield

Landsec has filed plans for the first phase of housing at its £1.4bn Mayfield regeneration scheme in Manchester.
Designed jointly by architects Studio Egret West and shedkm, the first 879 homes will be built over four blocks around a new park square, near Manchester Piccadilly Station
