Plans in for latest phase of Leith port revamp

Forth Ports has submitted Detailed Planning Consent to The City of Edinburgh Council for phase two of the Harbour 31 scheme to transform land to the south east of Edinburgh Dock within the Port of Leith.
Latest plans for The Dry Dock at Harbour 31 involve a creative and commercial hub as part of the wider Harbour 31 regeneration containing 337 new homes and 244 sq m of commercial space
