Plans in for landmark Birmingham build to rent tower

Residential developer HUB and real estate investment manager MARK have submitted plans for a 48-storey residential-led scheme at 2 Snowhill Plaza in Birmingham.
The project would deliver 462 build to rent homes, public realm, ground-floor commercial space and onsite amenities.
