Plans in for in 4,800 homes Manchester new town

Urban renewal joint venture Far East Consortium and Manchester City Council have finally submitted plans to create a new town in the Red Bank area of the city.
The hybrid application is seeking detailed permission to create 1,550 homes off Dantzic Street and outline permission for a further 3,250 houses over 30 acres of largely brownfield land.
