Plans in for first phase of £2.5bn Salford Crescent scheme

Regeneration partnership, the English Cities Fund, and the University of Salford have submitted plans to Salford City Council to bring forward Crescent Innovation North, a key part of the wider £2.5bn, 252-acre Crescent masterplan.
Crescent Innovation North will bring forward up to 933 new homes, as well as 1.7m sq ft of  commercial and academic space.
