Plans in for first Leeds co-living scheme
Multi-room developer and builder Watkin Jones has submitted plans to redevelop the former HQ of Direct Line in Leeds into co-living flats.
The prominent 11-storey building at 42 The Headrow will be converted into 230 studio flats, each with their own living, cooking and en-suite facilities.
