Plans in for first 420 homes at Leeds Aire Park

Developer Vastint UK has submitted plans to build 421 flats at its Aire Park development on the former Tetley Brewery site in Leeds.
Plans involve seven buildings, ranging in height from seven to 15 storeys at the corner of Crown Point Road and Bowman Lane.
Vastinct has also submitted proposals for a multistorey car park, which will serve the occupants of Aire Park’s new commercial developments.
