Plans in for 500 rental homes at Leeds riverside

Manchester developer Glenbrook has submitted full detailed planning for two build to rent blocks as part of a £280m masterplan for the development of Whitehall Riverside in Leeds city centre.
The Sheppard Robson designed plan comprises 500 build to rent apartments across two blocks of 15 and 18 storeys with commercial space at ground floor.
