Plans in for £300m Westbank Leeds mixed-use scheme

Plans have been submitted for a £300m major office and hotel scheme in the South Bank regeneration area of Leeds city centre.
Joint venture developers Stamford Property Holdings and Shelborn Asset Management have submitted plans for Westbank Leeds, which has been designed by DLA Architecture.
