Plans in for 186 flats project at Derby riverside site

Wavensmere Homes and Wilson Bowden Developments have submitted plans to redevelop one of the final plots of vacant land within Derby’s newly revitalised Cathedral Quarter.
The partners aim to build 186 flats within a U-shaped finely detailed red brick building that rises to nine storeys.
