Plans in for £100m stacked industrial scheme

NEAT Developments, and Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited have submitted a planning application to Brent Council for a new stacked industrial in Colindale, north west London.
The proposals will create a new 230,000 sq ft industrial space over two storeys with a total gross development value of £100m.
