Plans in for £100m Leith harbour housing blocks

Property developer S Harrison Developments has lodged a planning application for a £100m residential-led development on the waterfront in Leith, Edinburgh.
Architect CDA has drawn up the Ocean Point 2 scheme which will consist of two buildings containing over 400 beds of student accommodation and 120 build to rent homes.
