Plans go in for Warrington logistics site revamp

Development manager Bankfoot APAM has submitted a planning application to Warrington Borough Council for the regeneration of a major local logistics site.
The 14-acre site at Hawleys Lane is currently occupied by 375,000 sq ft of outdated logistics floorspace.
