Plans go in for green revamp of Aldgate site

Investor Patrizia has submitted plans to revamp two buildings at 30 Minories in the City of London.
The current main 16-storey tower will be replaced with 17,314m2 of office space on the upper levels and a range of flexible retail, leisure and employment uses on ground and lower ground floor levels.
