Plans go in for £250m revamp of Glasgow site
A new planning application has gone in for a £250m revamp of Charing Cross in the centre of Glasgow.
The application has been lodged by CXG Glasgow Limited, a subsidiary of Tracey Investments Limited and owners of the Venlaw building and Elmbank Gardens, in conjunction with the owners of the property at 300 Bath Street.
Plans for the Charing Cross Gateway regeneration project are split into two phases – the first containing student accommodation and a healthcare/GP surgery facility.P
