Plans for nearly 1,000-home north London scheme

Housing association Catalyst and development partner Hill Group have submitted a hybrid planning application for a near 1,000-home mixed-use development in North London.
The site adjacent to St Ann’s Hospital in South Tottenham will also provide enhanced green spaces, shops, and other commercial uses, including affordable workspaces, while retaining and restoring several historic hospital buildings.
The location was originally purchased by the Mayor of London using some of his £250m
