Plans for Digbeth 700-flats and 600 student rooms in Digbeth

Birmingham-based residential developer Sama Investments has submitted plans for a flagship residential scheme at Garrison Circus in  Digbeth.
Its large Garrison Circus scheme in Bordesley Green will deliver more than 500 homes and 650 student rooms across four blocks on a current brownfield site.
This will include the development of a landmark tower of up to 37-storeys in height.
Digbeth Gateways scheme will be built at the corner of Great Barr Street and Watery Lane Middleway.
