Plans advance for £500m Sutton town centre scheme

The London Borough of Sutton has started the hunt for a developer to deliver an ambitious £500m town centre regeneration scheme.
The London council has earmarked four key town centre sites that are ripe for redevelopment in its ambitious Sutton Civic and Town Centre Regeneration plan.
