Plan in for North London 620-bed student scheme

Joint venture developers Tri7 and Fusion Group have submitted plans for a student-led scheme in North London.
The project on the site of a former Mecca Bingo building in Wood Green will provide 623 student bedrooms and 77 affordable homes over four buildings rising to nine storeys.
