Plan in for 2m sq ft Hertfordshire data centre campus

Plans have been lodged to build a 2 m sq ft of data centre campus consisting of three buildings in Hertsmere, Hertfordshire.
Developer DC01UK said the campus will involved a £3.75bn investment sustaining 500 jobs over the course of the construction programme.
It is the latest firm to advance plans for a major data centre complex following Google, Amazon and Microsoft.
DC01UK said the latest campus will be built at an 85-acre site adjacent to the A1 and M25, just east of South Mimms Service
