Plan for first big offices at £1.7bn Manchester innovation hub

Plans have been unveiled to build two prominent office projects within Manchester’s newly renamed £1.7bn innovation district, Sister.
Designed by architect Allies and Morrison, the ambitious proposal includes the construction of connected buildings, rising 12 and 20 storeys, that will collectively provide over half a million square feet of flexible commercial space.
This flagship development is set to occupy Zone C of the large site, nestled between London Road and Altrincham Street.
