Plan for 1,100-home complex at Leicester factory site

Plans have been submitted in to redevelop a former factory site in Leicester with a mixed-use scheme of more than 1,000 homes.
Partners Cityregen and Galliford Try Investments have submitted a hybrid planning application for the Corah Factory, the last major city brownfield site in single ownership.
