Persimmon gets go-ahead for 404-home Cornwall site

Persimmon can start construction of the first phase of a 404-home scheme in Helston, Cornwall after securing planning permission.
On Phase One Persimmon will deliver 94 new homes for local people, while the house builder will also transfer 19 properties to a housing association provider to support the local community’s housing need.
