Outline plans in for 2,000 flats Leeds landmark scheme

Developer Caddick has submitted plans for a new landmark development in Leeds to be built at the emerging South Bank neighbourhood.
The Yorkshire developer aims to build nearly 2,000 homes, alongside 650,000 sq ft of offices, retail, leisure and community uses, as well as a new linear park along Sweet Street.
The brownfield site, which is located just off Meadow Road to the South of the city centre is currently used as a temporary car park, will be called City One Leeds.
